210 Adrian is a 315,000 square feet of leasable laboratory and office space offering state-of-the-art facilities for life science research organizations.
Designed to achieve LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications, the building is designed with office space wrapped by a sheer curtain wall of glass along the north half of the facility, while the remaining space is clad with floor-to-ceiling windows between reinforced concreted panels.

Our Custom curtain wall soluiton for 210 Adrian includes custom brackets for GFRC integration, Slim corner glass mullions with LED lights integrated, and design assist services including New profile design and cutting, structural caluclations, and fabrication and glazing of units.
