This Brooklyn, NY multifamily project designed by Hill West Architects showcases the performance and clean aesthetics of Gutmann North America’s F-Series Hybrid Window Wall. The system combines the strength of a unitized façade with the efficiency of a window wall, using SSG split-tube vertical mullions for a continuous, modern look.

The façade package includes AW rated S70+ terrace doors with four hinges, three locking points, and ADA-compliant sills. Units also feature inswing casement windows with a single key handle for simple operation and minimal visual impact.

At the ground floor, stick-built curtain wall storefronts and entrance doors deliver transparency and durability. Inside the residential units,  Orama minimal-frame sliding doors provide expansive glass, slim aluminum profiles, and smooth multi-panel operation—ideal for urban living and maximizing daylight.
