Just steps from Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, the Hollywood Arts Collective is the result of 13 years of cultural planning by the Entertainment Community Fund. Designed by BSB Design to provide affordable housing and career opportunities for the arts and entertainment industry, this award-winning mixed-use development spans 273,000 sq. ft. and targets LEED Gold certification.

The seven-story building’s M-shaped layout maximizes natural light and features three courtyards on the second floor. Gutmann North America supplied the thermally performant S70+ Series Doors and Windows and Capped Stick Curtain Wall System, delivering energy efficiency and a sleek facade.
