This 273,000 square-foot development is the result of over a decade of cultural planning by the Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund) and designed by BSB Design.

The seven-story building features an M-shaped layout that maximizes natural light and air circulation. Three large landscaped courtyards on the second floor provide serene outdoor spaces for residents to relax and collaborate.

The project consists of two primary components:
- Cicely Tyson Residential Building – dedicated artist housing
- Rita Moreno Arts Building – arts spaces and the Entertainment Community Fund’s Western headquarters
