The Woodbine Hotel and Casino is an 11-storey entertainment venue, alongside a racetrack, hotel and commercial building.
Designed by CGL Architects in association with CDA (Chris Dikeakos Architect) for One Toronto Gaming as part of the Woodbine Racetrack Development on the south side of Rexdale Boulevard, Gutmann North America provided design assist services to help the architects and contractors plan a full building envelope re design from a window wall scope to a unitized curtain wall scope, with the aim of increasing installation speed.
